TERMS & CONDITIONS – ROYALE EVENTS

By purchasing a ticket to any event hosted by Royale Events, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. All Sales Final

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a full cancellation by the event organizer.

2. Event Changes

Event details, including performers, schedule, themes, and programming, are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued for lineup or schedule changes.

3. Entry and Late Arrival

Doors open at the time listed on the ticket. Late arrivals may be admitted at the discretion of the venue. Seating or standing locations are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as reserved or VIP.

4. Age Requirement

Unless otherwise stated, all events are intended for guests age 21 and older. Valid government-issued identification is required for entry.

5. Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward performers, staff, and other attendees. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow venue policies may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Photography and Recording

Unauthorized photography, video recording, or live streaming of performances is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the event organizer.

7. Assumption of Risk

By attending an event, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in a live entertainment environment, including but not limited to crowd interaction, lighting effects, sound effects, and performance elements.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Royale Events and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest for safety, security, or policy violations.

9. Force Majeure

Royale Events shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, power outages, emergencies, government orders, or acts of nature.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
